This clever Pop Rocks cocktail is a perfectly refreshing summertime treat for anyone aiming to stick to red, white and blue this Independence Day. The on-theme cocktail recipe makes great use of everyone's favorite childhood candy by repurposing it as a rim garnish.

The colorful red, white and blue cocktail is made with vodka, Midori melon, Chambord raspberry liqueur and pineapple. However, Pop Rocks can be used to accent any red drink in order to remain on-brand with the season. The glass being used is dipped in lemon juice before it is dipped in the Pop Rocks and then filled with the beverage.

The Pop Rocks cocktail recipe can also be switched out for a non-alcoholic drink, making it a playful mocktail option for children at this year's busy holiday barbecue.
