Wish your body was as buff as Barack’s? Well if you are interested in getting fit and directly benefiting the Obama campaign at the same time, Obamaerobics may be just what you need. Obamaerobics has bundled intense cardio, indie rock, and democracy all into an aerobics class, which has so far has raised over $4,000 for Obama’s campaign. The brainchild of New York’s Lana Wilson and Karisa Butler-Wall, the Obamaerobics concept is now going national thanks to the success of their viral how-to video.  Obamaerobics blends fitness and democracy into an easy-to-follow yet intense cardio workout – including strength training, a little yoga, and a ridiculous crunch sequence – to tunes by artists including Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!, Xiu Xiu, and Miley Cyrus. You WILL be sore the next day, and Barack will thank you for it.
