One of the things I hate when dealing with umbrellas is the inevitable collision with others.  No matter how much you try to avoid it, narrow sidewalks result in bumping into other umbrella-holders or whacking someone in the face.

The Polite Umbrella eliminates such rude collisions with a handy handle that allows you to manipulate the umbrella’s shape to avoid hitting others. It also provides greater shelter from strong wind and rain when needed as it engulfs your torso more efficiently.

By pulling the handle down, you minimize the occupied space, while letting the handle go returns the umbrella to its standard shape.

Simple, yet very useful!
