 Mary-Kate Olsen Gets Angelic for Craig McDean in Interview Mag Published: Feb 13, 09 Comments: 3 Views: 3,929 A glamorized Mary-Kate Olsen was photographed for Interview Magazine with platinum white hair and playing mirror-twin with herself. The images are overwhelmingly ethereal, silver, whimsical, and mature. Mary-Kate Olsen’s look is like the couture version of a monochromatic ‘Blade Runner’ character meets Alice in “Through the Looking-Glass.” Olsen’s gorgeous photos are accompanied by an informal, loose conversation with V Magazine editor and journalist Christopher Bollen. It seems that white hair is on the up in 2009, with icons from Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera to the gorgeous Daphne Guinness (who is probably the inspiration to this trend) all rocking the white-out look. The images were captured by Craig McDean, and Karl Templer was in charge of styling for the shoot.  Enter the Age of Individualism. Enter the Era of Iconoclasm. Enter the moment of independence.
