Chinese retailer Footmark, which specializes in streetwear for males and females, has created a limited-edition denim line with popular Chinese fashion label Hi Panda. Footmark has set up a temporary pop-up shop featuring the jeans at Shanghai’s No.17 Gallery to promote the line.
This partnership is Footmark’s second collaboration, following its collection with Chinese shoe manufacturer MS Sneakers. The limited edition Velcro-strapped shoe was a successful venture, which prompted the retailer to seek out others. In its partnership with the pop-culture-driven Hi Panda brand, Footmark is targeting the young fashion-influenced client. The two companies have gone the extra mile with branding by adding a specially designed leather tag for the limited-edition line.
