Those who can't be bothered to make a time call will love the PhoneTag app. This app is designed to make phone calls infinitely easier by eliminating the whole talking part. Instead, all you do is record a voice message and send a picture. The app is free to download for iOS and has a wonderfully simple interface.
The PhoneTag app is almost a combination of Voxer (a walkie-talkie app) and Snapchat (the temporary photo-sending app) in that it combines short audio messages with pictures. While the PhoneTag app may not replace traditional phone calls altogether, it seems like a great middle ground between sending a text message and making a phone call. Some bits of information are too long to text but too short to call, and sometimes you just want to send pictures with hilarious audio captions.
