The Philips Cinema 21:9 TV is made for epic movies. The 21:9 aspect ratio (about 2.33:1) will mean virtually no black bars at the top or bottom of your screen when you pop in your favorite Blu-ray. But beware: Those bars will be back if you switch to 16:9 or, God forbid, 4:3. The Philips Cinema 21:9 is due in stores by spring, and we’ll see its final pricing by the end of next month.
