Phillips’ Bubelle color changing dress has landed on Time’s Best Inventions Of The Year list. The dress is developed as part of the SKIN research project lead by Lucy McRae. The first layer of Bubelle contains biometric sensors that receive a person’s emotions and cast them in color and lights on top of the second layer, the external fabric.
