Stockholm art director Petter Johansson has put together an elaborate and entirely edible miniature city for the Atelier Foods brand. Together heaps of broccoli, onion, chicken and lettuce gave way to building sculptures and urban streets.
Johansson's project was inspired by the Atelier Foods mission. The food lab aims to spark debate on the subjects of sustainability, construction, transportation and energy, all in relation to that which we consume. Solutions are similarly central to these debates as they search for answers to questions through these and akin projects. Whether or not Johansson's work leads to an end that Atelier Foods is in search of, it can be said that the board is colorful, artistic and intelligently designed.
