Boulder realtor ‘Pedal to Properties’ has created an innovative and athletic home buying concept.  In short, you hop on a bike and pedal from home to home with your realtor.  The theory is that you get a better chance to explore the neighbourhood and experience the vibe.  The service was launched by Matt Kolb, an Ironman triathlete who wanted to make home buying more enjoyable.

Pedal To Properties of Boulder is a new, innovative, full-service real estate company focused on assisting clients with buying and selling homes. It is unique in the sense that it provides an optional service for home buyers to experience property viewing on cruiser bikes. Started by real estate professional, avid cyclist and Ironman triathlete, Matt Kolb, this unique service combines the elements of health and fun with the home buying process. (springwise)
