Oh, forget the sub-zero fridge, the home theater and the 18,000 square foot jacuzzi tub. What can really sell a home in this tough market are pedal powered toilet paper dispensers!

Is it any wonder the house in the gallery, which had such a bathroom device, was in foreclosure? I’m sure the owner was “wrapped up” in a bunch of crap trying to get his nifty new invention to market.

With everybody going green, would his strategy have been to recycle the paper? Go Green, Get Down With Brown?
