This warm example of patisserie branding translates the Parisian dining experience into confectionery packaging form. Located in Karlsruhe, Germany, Patisserie Ludwig is a charming eatery that boasts a delicious range of pastries and confections. Although the patisserie opened in 2011, the owners decided in 2015 to pursue a branding concept that was as refined and high-quality as the food itself.

In order to introduce the concept to consumers, Patisserie Ludwig tapped Magnetic Stories, known as the "branded storytelling company," to design the experience through packaging. The results are a dynamic, colorful experience marked by minimalist approach to a conventional container design and its pastel-hued label system.

Demonstrating an interest in minimalist, "barely there" packaging, this example of patisserie branding will have you craving a macaron.
