Theory, the upscale U.S. fashion brand is now trés chic in Paris. They recently opened their first Paris shop on the ever fashionable St. Germain des Pres area on rue Bonaparte. The womens only shop with their signature best selling/fitting pants is thriving as Parisian women finally get a dose of this great American sportswear.

The shop is spacious, minimal, and elegant. The black shiny metal racks on wheels against the bright white walls make the space stark but the lightwood wide plank floors gives it just the right balance of warmth.

My “theory” is the chic women of Paris will be caught very much alive this season in the fashion of Theory.

In the next year, Theory will open shops all over Europe starting with a shop in London over the summer.
