Paris Hilton has incited an adoption craze for Himalayan mixed breed kittens following her announcement via Twitter that she had rescued one from Death Row at the Laurel Pet Hospital in West Hollywood. “I adopted the cutest kitten today. I named her Princess Annabelle. She is so adorable and sweet!” Paris Hilton tweeted. Princess Annabelle and her litter siblings were rescued from Death Row at a local city shelter by animal rescue group Saving Grace, and then delivered to Laurel Pet Hospital to be found homes through the veterinary hospital’s adoption program. Just like little orphan Annie, lady luck was definitely on Princess Annabelle’s side and she will now spend her days living in Paris Hilton’s luxurious Hollywood pad.  "Some of the people say that they would never have thought about adopting a mixed-breed cat, and that they've only had purebreds," Dr. Rettinger told Paw Nation. But seeing Hilton adopt a Himalayan-mix cat changed their minds.
