Forget online predators, or easily obtainable pornagraphy. Due to a survey conducted by Whattheyplay.com, parent’s fear most the affects that violent video games have on their children more than anything else. Hmmm, as gamer myself, its hard not to become enraged when these claims come about, especially when most of these games must be bought by someone with ID, most of the time (believe me) parents buy them for children with naive bliss. These games were designed for a mature audience and word of advice to those whose fear violent video games: Instead of purchasing a $500 console for your children, get them a Wii; adulterated games seldom are released by Nintendo, instead they could be entertained by Wii Music or Animal Crossing…plus the $250 saved could be used on a new pair of shoes.
