Traditional metal vaults can be very expensive, so the Paper Safe is a great alternative. Complete with a working combination lock, the Paper Safe is crafty in every sense of the word. First of all, it is an actual do-it-yourself craft project. Secondly, it looks more like a piece of home decor or kid's school project than a working coffer. Thus it craftily confuses potential thieves and snoops.

Conceived and created by Rob Ives, the components to the Paper Safe are downloadable and printable straight from his website. A small safe, the inner locking system takes up most of the space, but a slim drawer on the top of it opens and closes to hide away little precious treasures and gifts.
