Pampshade' Food Lamps are Designed to Resemble Carb-Filled Treats

Whether you're a fan of French baguettes, fluffy croissants or crispy buns, you will appreciate these Pampshade lamps that are designed to resemble baked bread products.

Carb fiends everywhere will appreciate these calorie-free decor items that will make your bedroom or office look like a bakery. At first glance each of these Pampshade lamps rivals an edible bun or bread loaf but is revealed as a functional light fixture upon closer inspection.

These food-inspired lighting fixtures were designed by Yukiko Morita as part of 2014's Tokyo Designers Week event. The designer referenced her first part-time job when creating the lamps. Morita used to work in a bakery and chose bread as a theme that inspired of her collection of unusual lighting.
