Clean Air Gardening - Oxygenating Watering Can

Growing a garden free of pesticides and chemical laden fertilizers can be tough, but this oxygenating watering can from Hammacher Schlemmer may just be the trick to getting plants to grow hearty and robust without toxins.
When you plug it in, it enriches regular tap water with oxygen. Simply fill the one-gallon can and plug it into a wall outlet for four minutes; the current running through the titanium and steel plates inside the pitcher triggers an electrolytic process that dissolves water molecules into their components (oxygen and hydrogen), bringing tap water to 200% of typical oxygen saturation.
By oxygenating tap water before it is poured, this watering can promotes faster, healthier plant growth without chemicals. Seasoned gardeners know that plants often look their healthiest shortly after a storm, thanks to the high level of oxygen in rainwater. Oxygenated water encourages flowers to bloom faster, roots to grow stronger, and more fruit to set. This pitcher mimics that effect, as proven in controlled testing by horticulturists at the University of Minnesota. Bell pepper yields were 58% higher with increased levels of dissolved oxygen in the water, while geranium flowers weighed 76% more.
