To encourage social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic while ensuring citizens aren't losing connection with their community, Oscar Mayer debuted the new campaign, aptly titled the 'Front Yard Cookout.' The campaign asks Americans to bring their barbeque from their backyards to their front yards for a safe yet friendly cookout.
In addition, Oscar Mayer is asking fans to upload photos of their 'Front Yard Cookout' with the hashtag #FrontYardCookout. Each time an image is uploading using the hashtag, the brand will donate an additional meal — up to 1 million more — to Feeding America, an organization dedicated to providing food banks with the appropriate resources to keep people in need fed across the country.
