The Oris Public Stereo System is a unique design, reminiscent of childhood building blocks.

Conceived by Canadian product, graphic and motion designer Zackary Yu, the Oris Public Stereo System has a toylike aesthetic. The sound system is stackable, expandable and modular. Completely wire free, it uses bluetooth technology to emit music.

According to the Oris website, the overall goal of the Oris Public Stereo System "is to create an urban public sculpture that people appreciate its presence and at the same time, being able to interact with to create public interaction among visitors."

This design would be great placed in a living room where residents are looking to add some color into their abode, and a little childish fun. Stats for Building Block Speakers Trending: Older & Chilly
