Vezzini & Chen has created a couple of stunning organic light fixtures that are made out of an unusual material, at least when it comes to this piece of furniture. The organic lights feature bulbous blown glass that contains equally sculptural bone china that glows warmly due to the bulb it itself contains. The result is something both practical and artistic.
The organic light fixtures come in two different styles Geo and Close Up. The first is more abstract than the latter, but both are undeniably visually captivating. The bone china bits are slip casted and hand carved individually by Cristina Vezzini while the glass pieces are free blown by Sheng Tsang Chen. This ensures that each piece may be similar, but they are ultimately unique. They are made for modern homes.
