Yöghund Organic Frozen Yogurt|
For the dog days of summer--and any other time your pooch deserves some--treat your pampered pooch to a gourmet frozen yogurt treat concocted specifically for dogs. Yöghund is 100% low fat organic probiotic yogurt. It comes in two flavors - peanut butter with banana and blueberry with vanilla. The creator is New Hampshire kennel owner Jody Rogers, who says sales are about $200,000 a year. This canine treat doesn’t come cheap at nearly $9 for a pack of four 3.5-ounce cups. The NY Post actually tested out Yöghund on dogs by giving them the choice between Yöghund or Häagen Dazs frozen yogurt. Four out of five dogs opted for the Häagen Dazs. So if you’re stuck with the doggie variety of fro-yo, you could technically eat Yöghund, as it is human-grade food, but it wouldn’t be very sweet. That’s probably why dogs, given the choice, prefer people food! Source: yoghund Via: arbroath.blogspot |
