Oops: Fertility clinic used wrong sperm resulted to a wrong baby

A couple filed a lawsuit against a fertility clinic after the wife gave birth to a daughter whose skin is not the same as they expected. The couple named, Thomas and Nancy Andrews, accused New York Medical Services for Reproductive Medicine of medical practice and other relative offenses. Apparently, the clinic have used a wrong sperm to inseminate Mrs. Andrews.

The couple said that “while we love Baby Jessica as our own, we are reminded of this terrible mistake each and every time we look at her; it is simply impossible to ignore,” The accusation of the couple was proved by three DNA tests and confirms that the baby was not Mr. Andrews biological child. Several personnels of the clinic including the head is set to be liable for the malpractice. Currently, the case is still ongoing.
