Only Ombre Models Its Designs After the Fading of Shades

Only Ombre designers Lucinda Trask and Elizabeth Jaeger have decidedly based their cooperative fashion label on color gradients. The progressive fading in and out of yellow, purple and light blue shades is of mass appeal, catering to an audience that has expressed its unbending obsession with tinted movements from light to dark.

Photographer Lahaina Alcantra captured the beauty of the pigments present in Only Ombre’s Summer 2013 preview. The pale shades are approachable for those who may consider popular ombre styles to be for chic style crowds only.

The models featured in the lookbook are also quite natural with minimal amounts of makeup and little if any attention to hair. This serves to mimic ombre patterns found in nature, most often observed in rainbows or waterfalls. Stats for Color Gradient Apparel Trending: Older & Mild
