The Philips OneSpace is a revolutionary lighting technology that mimics natural daylight. The system consists of a custom-fit panel that provides a uniform and glare-free light. The panels can be as big as 10 x 3 meters and can basically take the place of a ceiling.

The light can be dimmed or brightened depending on the user's preference. Philips suggests that this lighting technology is perfectly suited to showrooms, retail stores, exhibition halls and other large public spaces which could benefit from having visitors literally see them in a new light.

Aside from being a lighting innovation, the Philips OneSpace is also looking to initiate a sea-change in architectural design by looking at the ceiling as a design element and not merely a structural necessity. Stats for Daylight-Like Ceiling Lighting Trending: Older & Chilly
