In the words of ONS’ great creators, “One Night Stand is a self-indulgent exercise that began with the noble aim of throwing the spotlight on Perth, and the fabulous nobodies that inhabit the city.”
And that they did. Their ‘zine documents all the experiences of a single, yet magnificent night. Seductive black and white images capture the faces, the outfits, the writings and the atmosphere of the night.
With no specific theme to the mag, the ONS girls set out each time to capture something fresh, immortalize their subjects and bring you to the action.

The idea is that anything can become something as long as you document it. So they went about taking photo’s, getting interviews, digging up drawings, writing notes and forcing scribbles from as many people as they could and hand crafting it into a treasure that was driven by our underlying narcissistic desire to see ourselves in press.
By publishing the pictures of the people they saw, every person contained within each black and white page became a local celebrity. They’ve gone to house parties, after parties, shop launches and music events.
