The 'Hommage à Robert Longo' editorial for Numéro's #154 June/July 2014 issue celebrates the talented American painter and sculptor.
Sung Hee Kim and Ji Hye Park were styled to mimic Longo's impressive body of work. His drawings are characterized by chiseled lines that have a three-dimensional quality, while his sculptures are writhing figures molded out of graphite clay. Kim and Park explored the various movements and nuances of their bodies in a similar way that Longo does with his creations. Though Kim and Park had their hair up, hair stylist Teddy Charles ensured that it continued to have movement. Makeup artist Mariel Barrera finished off the look with flawless porcelain skin and a contrasting lip.
The black and white editorial was styled by fashion editor Bill Mullen and photographed by Greg Kadel.
