Constance Jablonksi stars in the 'Alex Israel' editorial for Numéro's #154 June 2014 issue.
The editorial title refers to Alex Israel, a Los Angeles-based artist who creates pastel-colored panel paintings that look as though they've come straight out of a 1980s porno flick. For this editorial, Jablonki's impossibly toned body becomes a canvas on which an Alex Israel-inspired work has been painted. The ombre body paint was done in a vivid blood-orange that gradually lightens to a pearly white on Jablonski's chest. Co-starring alongside Jablonski is an adorable chameleon that subtly takes on different hues depending on where it rests on her body.
The creative team who put the editorial together consisted of fashion editor Gillian WIlkins, hair stylist Mark Hampton and makeup artist Tyron Machhausen. Finally, the editorial was lensed by photographer Benny Horne.
