The Nubrella hands-free wearable umbrella has been around for some years now, but it used to look rather goofy and unsightly to be honest. Now however, the designers of this contraption have come up with a new design that they hope will encourage more people to wear it.

The new version of the Nubrella features a visor cut off just above eye level for better visibility, and has a more comprehensive design that enables users to keep hand-held items like cellphones dry.

The developers of Nubrella are currently operating an Indiegogo campaign to raise funds for tooling up the contraption. A pledge of $49 will get you a basic version of the Nubrella for half the price. $55 will get you set-up with a UV-resistant version of the wearable umbrella. Shipping will commence in April 2015 if all goes to plan.
