Pantene's latest ad titled 'Not Sorry' wants women to stop saying 'sorry.' The latest ad urges women to stop with all of the apologizing to men when being bumped into, asking your male S.O. for help with the kids or using the world 'sorry' when asking important questions to male superiors in the work place.

Pantene's most recent ad campaigns have sought to shine a spotlight on gender inequality. Its 'Labels Against Women' ad from the Philippines went viral, reaching 46 million YouTbe views, for highlighting how identical actions of men and women in the workplace were ultimately perceived differently.

The commercial questions gender norms while associating a cultural shift with the brand. It's a clever way to raise awareness and promote.
