Photoshopping has become almost impossible to detect thanks to spectacular software and amazing creativity. A fine example of this can be seen on oilcorner’s deviantART page - a self-proclaimed photo manipulator.

On this site you can see oddly familiar creatures - so life-like that you’ll swear you’ve seen them somewhere before.

The gallery here includes two Hippofrogs, a Zebrafrog and a Croggy. Other images may not be of fake new species, but they also demonstrate the power of photoshopping.
