New Law...Drive Now [Edit]

On April 1st new laws take effect regarding driving while talking on cell phones. The provinces of Québec and Nova Scotia in Canada have banned cell phone use while driving unless using a headset, Bluetooth or in-car units.
Stopped at a traffic light or stop sign? Nope. Still can’t use your phone. Forget about texting or checking email, fines range from $100 to $335.
The law is already in effect in Newfoundland and other provinces are considering similar legislation.
