Shinola is a consumer goods manufacturer based out of Detroit that raised the level of quality and style in its new bicycles substantially. Its new model is called the ‘Runwell,' featured in white, blue, yellow and orange. It features a Tour de France style electronic shifting system, hydraulic breaks and built-in lights that are powered by the wheels.

These new bicycles are completely self-sustainable and eco-friendly, supporting the movement of cycle cities and using less fuel-powered mechanics. The electronic shifter allows for a seamless biking experience. The hydraulic breaking system is engaged by a fluid as opposed to a cable and proves to be a more effective break response. The hydraulic system also helps this bike to be more durable, protecting it from wear and tear. This bike combines handmade craftsmanship with technological engineering.
