Natural Breast Implants Soon Within Grasp

Natural breast implants may soon be within grasp, thanks to scientists who have developed a new method using stem cells and fat from women’s own bodies. The new method is claimed to be much safer and less prone to problems down the road.
Doctors are enthusiastic about the new procedure and several women in Japan are participating in trials that are successful so far.
In addition to breast augmentation, this discovery can also be used for reconstructive surgery for breast cancer patients and for those requiring reconstructive procedures to the face.
Doctors expect natural cosmetic breast surgery to become very popular during the next five years.
The technique, pioneered in Japan, results in breasts that look and feel smoother than conventional cosmetic surgery using implants. Dozens of women in Japan have received the breast enlargements during trials.
Doctors here said last week they found the technique “appealing”. The technique’s long-term effectiveness without side — effects still needs further tests, but doctors are already enthusiastic.
