So a hot actress decides to become a designer… who cares, right? However, if she designs vegan shoes, it becomes a different story.

Natalie Portman designed a collection with Te Casan that have no animal products. Portman, who has been a vegetarian since childhood, is practicing what she preaches.

There were no animal products used in the shoes and 5% of proceeds will go towards charity. The Natalie Portman Collection will hit the NYC boutique in February, but pre-orders begin on January 15.
