'My Holiday Sweater' Lets You Create Your Own Ugly Holiday Clothes

One of the most amusing parts about the holidays are Ugly Christmas Sweaters. Even better are parties that award guests with prizes based on the hideousness of their sweaters; the more snowflakes and bright colors, the better.

When you’re actually gifted an ugly Christmas sweater (usually from an older relative), it’s tremendously difficult to get rid of because you have to be prepared to bust it out of the closet on any occasions the gifter might visit. The irony is that if you don’t have any ugly Christmas sweater, it can be tough to find one for an UCS party.

Introducing My Holiday Sweater, a website that lets you design your very own, virtual, ugly Christmas sweater. You can choose from Crew Neck, V-Neck, and my favourite, the Sweater Vest. Next you pick a pattern, decorate it, then you can send it to your family and friends, who might not get the joy of seeing you in a real UCS this year.
