Devon Aoki In 'My Forbidden Love' for Numero Tokyo

Model and actress Devon Aoki (you may remember her as sword-wielding assassin Miho in Sin City) appears in, ‘My Forbidden Love’ for Numero Tokyo. The racy, Lolita-esque spread was shot by photographer Sebastian Kim.

Kim invites us into Aoki’s make-shift bedroom in ‘My Forbidden Love.’ The editorial appears in Numero Tokyo’s December 2009 issue and was styled using lots of lace, pretty stockings and bows by Katie Mossman.

Implications - Using sex to sell a product is a highly attractive method to lure in more customers. Consumers look for items that are appealing both in function and attractiveness. Designers could incorporate this element of seduction into their products to attract a wider audience.
