A musical road - created as part of a PR stunt for Honda - it to be paved over after complaints from drivers. Great idea though - and there are only three in the World.

Grooves were cut into the road surface to play the Lone Ranger theme (William Tell Overture) to cars driving along it at 55mph. The speed being linked back into the original PR release. Awesome.

However it is driving locals potty to the extend it has now been agreed the musical road is to paved over.

It was only carved two weeks ago but will be resurfaced on Tuesday.

Yes it does sound a bit rubbish but hey it is a road!
