The Museum der Kulturen is located in Switzerland and was recently reopened in September after stunning renovations.

The redesign of the Museum der Kulturen was done by architects Herzog & de Meuron and has resulted in a beautiful shimmering effect that looks like a wall constructed out of a million sequins. Exhibiting "ethnographic artefacts and images from around the world," according to, the museum's exterior now matches the amazing array of artwork featured inside.

It's too bad the Museum der Kulturen is all the way in Switzerland or I would definitely be stopping by to take a look at its beautiful design.

Implications - Contemporary consumers look for an element of glamor in all of the purchases they make. New companies attempting to break into the market could develop their designs with a high-end aesthetic in mind. Stats for Sequined Scaly Structures Trending: Older & Chilly
