At first glance, it is difficult to believe that this 3D image is actually a mural in Poland.

The dizzying detail creates the illusion of an interconnected row of houses or an architecturally complex structure. A closer look however, reveals that this detailed mural is simply painted on the facade of a building. The multi-colored display is meant to pay tribute to a market that previously inhabited this area. In fact, the entire district used to be filled with markets, and this mural attempts to bring the area's storied past to life.

When studying the mural, a number of historical features are highlighted by the piece. Some of these include a painting of a street-performing trumpet player, a knight on a horse, and a cartoon butcher welcoming you to his shop.
