Extreme Mural Houses - Architectural Canvases (GALLERY)

They say the home is an extension of yourself; it’s a haven where you can express your style outwardly. Judging by these mural homes, apparently some people have a lot to express!

I’ve seen garage doors turned into murals, and those alone are very eye-catching, but for the truly expressive, it takes coating an entire building in paint to satisfy their desire to show the world their talents.

Some are tacky, smothered in patterns like hearts, butterflies and smiley faces, and look like they’d be more fitting in Disney’s ‘Toon Town than a real life city. Others, like the all-black building with the funky white outline of a woman and flowers, are so hip, they look like they’d be the exterior of an ultra swank nightclub.
