The always-charming James Hamblin is back to teach us about how our bodies respond to single and multi-tasking on the Internet. This seriously hilarious video describes how we opt for doing too many things at the same time, which in turn makes it hard to actually get anything done.

The video starts out describing how Internet work begins, usually with having to write an essay or paper with a deadline, but then getting side tracked when perusing the Internet.

You suddenly realize, "maybe I should read up some more on my topic," and then all of a sudden you're joining a Facebook page to rescue three-toed sloths and messaging your ex-girlfriend. Yes, the Internet life is hard, but maybe if we all stuck to one tab, we would actually get something done?
