Industrial designers continue to get creative when it comes to small living spaces; case in point, this mountable dining table. As though inspired by the traditional Murphy bed, it boasts a frame in the wall that it can fit into neatly when not in use or expand downwards as a usable surface when needed. Likened to a puzzle, the mountable dining table becomes a part of the decor as much as it remains a piece of furniture.

The mountable dining table was designed by Bogdan Ciocodeica and Diana Rosu, who are both based in Bucharest, Romania. Made out of light wood, the design is not obtrusive in the least. Instead, it blends in beautifully when folded away or out in the open.
