In celebration of Internet-dubbed National Popsicle Week, food blogger Shutter Bean has turned the traditional gingery Moscow Mule drink into a fun and refreshing popsicle treat for adults to enjoy on hot summer days.

While cocktails are refreshing to enjoy all year round, sometimes you want something a little bit extra to cool you down. In response to this, Shutter Bean cleverly transitions the texture of the iconic boozy beverage into an ice pop using similar ingredients. The process begins with the juice of several limes, authentic ginger beer and a healthy dose of vodka. The mixture is then frozen into popsicle molds for an hour before the popsicle sticks are placed in. These ice pops highlight how nostalgic children treats are being altered with more mature flavors for adult audiences.
