The continuous appearance of scandalous photos of Miley Cyrus is beginning to smell like a well-oiled publicity campaign.

Supposedly, leaked photos of Miley Cyrus “hacked” from her iPhone have been hitting the blogs pretty regularly, the one shown above being the latest.

It seems to be working. Miley, the star of Disney’s Hannah Montanna, made a debut of her “Breakout” at #1… the third #1 debut for the Hannah Montana star.

Cyrus co-wrote eight of the songs from the smash album.
