At the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, teamLab is now offering a modern wedding ceremony service that will appeal to couples who share a love of technology.
The 'Camellia and Butterflies for Eternity' experience is one that fills the event space with digital projections of butterflies and flowers that come to life when the bride and groom enter and exit the space. Throughout the ceremony, these renderings of natural elements are also designed to react to the couple's movements, meaning that the patterns displayed during each and every ceremony are completely unique.
For $1,150, the cost of the service includes a marriage certificate, an MC, staff, music and projection equipment. While this does not account for the rest of the expenses that go along with a wedding, this is an affordable way for Japanese couples to create a special day that's completely their own.
