Poetry From Video Comments - ThatWasEpic.com (VIDEO)

Video comments on sites like YouTube and Google Video don’t always make sense, even when they’re read in context. When they’re taken out of context, however, as Daniel has done on ThatWasEpic.com, these bizarre snippets change meaning entirely. What were once independent reactions to a specific moment of a specific video are, to some, transformed into vague, poetic expressions of angst, confusion and social commentary. For me, they’re still bizarre snippets, but somehow funnier since the videos that provoked these comments is left to the imagination. Source: thatwasepic Via: boingboing.net |
