A Norwegian company called Opera designs a brand new iPad Internet browser that steers clear of traditional formats. Its exclusive product called ‘Coast’ is made from scratch resembling a coasting and cruising Internet experience. This web browser is stripped to bare essentials; bookmarks are viewed as attractive icons instead of text bars, URL fields, back and forward buttons, the settings bar and tabs have all been stripped to leave more viewing space for webpages on the iPad.

The Internet browser can also be used on cell phones and low-end computers. It is, however, extremely user-friendly by using swift motions to navigate between pages and requires minimal typing. The search bar, sites, words and domain names are easily accessible and suggested. Previously visited sites are accessed at the bottom right corner so page history is no longer a drop-down menu. Security checks are run in-house and notifies the viewer of potential risks.
