Cue is first and foremost designed to be used for building better habits in life, so it works with an app to offer reminders when a healthy habit should be initiated. To help transform a new routine into a habit, Cue offers chimes that serve as alerts for when a task should be completed. Cue also uses a method it calls "timeboxing" that calls for a person to focus on a task for 25 minutes straight, before focusing their attention on another task.
