With Simplify Media‘s free app, iPhone users are no longer restricted to listening to just the songs they’ve synced from their computers. Anyone who’s ever owned an MP3 player is accustomed to being able to take their own music with them. But being able to access the playlists and songs from up to 30 of their friends’ home computers, streaming their selections from a remote location? Unheard of.

Simplify Media includes cover art, artist bios and lyrics with the streamed music. You can navigate by artist, album and genre, and you’re able to listen to music from a friend’s home computer while browsing the contents of someone else’s collection.
